Folio (13" x 9.5" 335mm x 245mm.) With 100 collotype plates (arranged in groups of ten, each group of plates with a preliminary leaf listing the plates in that group). Quarter bound in red vellum over marbled art boards. Gilt titling to spine. Gilt to page edge at top. Deckle edges to outside and bottom, all pages cut. Printed in Poliphilus Roman on a Dutch paper made specially for this edition. Original specimen pages as loose insert. Condition is Very Good. Sunning to spine, light scattered spotting throughout. Owners plate inside front cover. Slight wear to cover and edges. Binding tight and sound. Images clean, clear and in lovely condition. Please see plentiful illustrations below.

This is a beautiful volume with wonderfully reproduced illustrations of lovely quality. Typeface and setting are superb as is the paper stock.
