Pen drawing taken from: The 1900-01 Special Winter Edition of 'The Studio' ~ Modern Pen Drawings: European and American', published 1901 This is an illustration taken from the above book. It is not a modern reproduction but a reproductive print made in 1901. The prints from this book, as with many of The Studio reproductions and lithographs, are of lovely quality on a lighter paper stock and are rare and collectable in their own right. Please see the specific condition description for this print below. I do not generally sell any illustrations from The Studio or similar books I have listed here, but this book has sadly come loose at the bindings and so I am selling these very beautiful (and sometimes unique) prints, individually. Paper stock: This print is on a glossy fine japon paper. It is yellowed (see photo) . Approx. dimensions: 175 mm x 150 mm - image. 295mm x 183mm - paper Condition: The paper is sound and the image unmarked. Yellowing to the paper. One raw edge. Slight crease on left that does not impinge on image (see photo but nb, shadows in the photo emphasize the crease which in daylight is unremarkable and barely visible).
